OBJECTIVE: The main objective of the desk study and qualitative assessment is to obtain increased knowledge on how to promote effective language learning at work for immigrants and language supported recruitment.

TASKS AND DELIVERABLES: The winning tenderer is expected to carry out a desk study mapping existing knowledge, policies and practices related to language learning in the workplace and language-supported recruitment in the Nordic countries. The desk study should be supplemented with a qualitative assessment, including interviews and round-table discussion to test, expand upon, and contextualize the findings of the desk study in relation to everyday practices across various workplaces. Delivery of a report in English on language learning in the workplace in the Nordic countries, describing effective language learning practices used across Nordic workplaces, as well as providing concrete examples of how language-supported recruitment and language assessments are implemented in the region. Excecution of an online seminar conducted in English to disseminate the results of the report and for sharing best practices.
ECONOMICS: Maximum price for the task is DKK 650.000, excluding VAT. LANGUAGE: The tender offer with all documents including any appendices to the solution description, must be submitted in English, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish language.
