Oppdragsgiver vil med dette meddele sine intensjoner om å kunngjøre konkurranse om verktøy for utførelse av Integrity Due Diligence (IDD-verktøy). Det er ventet at konkurransen kunngjøres i løpet av høsten 2025. Dette er en veiledende kunngjøring og en invitasjon til alle interesserte leverandører om å delta i markedsdialog før den fremtidige konkurransen lyses ut. Leverandører kan også søke om å delta i kommende markedsdialogmøter.
OBS: Oppdragsgiver har forut for publisering av veiledende kunngjøring estimert at avtalens verdi vil være under EØS terskelverdi. For at veiledende kunngjøring skal kunne publiseres på Doffin/TED er likevel terskelverdi angitt til "Over EØS terskelverdi" av systemårsaker.

The contracting authority hereby announces its intention to publish a competition for tools for performing Integrity Due Diligence (IDD tools). The competition is expected to be announced in the fall of 2025. This is a preliminary announcement and an invitation to all interested suppliers to participate in a market dialogue before the future competition is announced. Suppliers can also apply to participate in upcoming market dialogue meetings.
NOTE: Prior to the publication of the preliminary announcement, the contracting authority has estimated that the value of the agreement will be below the EEA threshold value. However, for the preliminary announcement to be published on Doffin/TED, the threshold value is indicated as 'Above the EEA threshold value' due to system reasons.
