Dear participant.

Luminor  bank  publishes the following tender-
External independent review of the scope and responsibilities of the Compliance function and the Chief Compliance Officer in order to assess the effectiveness of these elements of the 2nd Line, including potential staffing gaps (the “Review”).
This Review should be conducted with reference to the supervisory expectations laid down in the:

•  EBA GL 2021/06 on internal governance related to the Compliance function and the Chief Compliance Officer, and covering inter alia the robustness of the internal control framework, scope of action, independence, resources and involvement of the management body and
• the Basel Committee’s principles for the compliance functions in banks, dated April 2005.
