This Call for Tenders has been divided into two lots. Please see sections "Lot description".

Lot nr.: 1
LOT 1 Tractor-mounted seeder for plot planting
The procurement covers the purchase and delivery of one (1) tractor-mounted seeder for plot planting ("plot seeder") and user training for Luke’s personnel. The plot seeder is defined in more detail in Appendix 1.1 "Description of the Procurement LOT 1". The requirements for delivery are defined in more detail in section 8 of the Appendix A “Agreement” and the requirements for the training are defined in more detail in section 4.4 of the Appendix A “Agreement”.
In addition, the procurement covers the possibility to purchase spare parts and repair services for the plot seeder.
The procurement also covers a real-time GPS-system for accurate drilling and positioning of the plots ("GPS-system") which is optional to
offer for the tenderer. If the tenderer has offered GPS-system in its tender, Natural Resources Institute Finland will indicate whether it will purchase the offered GPS system at the beginning of the agreement period.
All the purchased supplies shall be new and unused.
AGREEMENT PERIOD AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE
The supplies shall be delivered as described in section 8 "Delivery and Acceptance of the Supplies" of the Appendix A "Agreement".
After the acceptance of the plot seeder the agreement shall be valid for the spare parts and repair services for a fixed period of ten (10) years after which the agreement shall be valid until further notice. In addition the supplier shall provide software updates free of charge for the software specified in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" for the entire lifetime of the plot seeder purchased under the agreement.
