The agreement shall cover the operation and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's telephone exchange system and switchboards The contract shall also contribute to improving and further developing the current telephony platform related to: • functionality, • resilience, • operation and administration, • facilitate interaction and increase the efficiency of the Contracting Authority's management of inquiries from inhabitants. The list is not exhaustive. The tenderer can submit a tender for one or both lots. The lots shall be priced separately in accordance with instructions given in the price sheet. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the lots. The contracting authority does not have a limited number of lots that can be awarded to a tenderer. The contracting authority reserves the right to award both lots to the same tenderer if the total tender from this tenderer, when seen as a whole, fulfils the award criteria better.
