The contest is for a framework agreement for tourism services for the municipalities that are affiliated to Vesterålen Regional Council. The number of participating municipalities is subject to change. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Historically, the service has had a total cost limit for the participating municipalities of approx. NOK 3 million excluding VAT a year in the last 3 years. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. The contract is subject to political approval in the municipalities and the regional council. Estimated annual value: NOK 1,000,000 - 3,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority. The maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 15 million excluding VAT.
