The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, achieves a cost effective and rational management of food products. The framework agreement(s) is (are) applicable to the products specified in the price sheet and closely related products. The framework agreement is divided into different sub-contracts. It is the contracting authority's evaluation prior to an order that will determine which contract will be used. The contest is split into 3 sub-contracts. The estimated contract value, including options, is approx. NOK 13 000 000. The amount is a guideline and is given excluding VAT. This amount does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 + 1 year.
