Skatteetaten (the Norwegian Tax Administration) will enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can offer internal company courses and open courses in design thinking and design sprints as well as consultancy services. The target group is the Norwegian Tax Administration's employees. The contract will be nationwide as the Norwegian Tax Administration has offices across the entire country, but will primarily apply to employees connected to the IT and Development divisions located in Oslo, Grimstad and Mo i Rana as well as User Dialogue in Bergen. The goal for the measure is to increase manager and employee general understanding of and competence in design thinking principles in innovation, business development, system development and project work in general. In addition, there is a goal to increase the competence in specific use of design sprints. It is desirable to train both those who will participate in work where these principles are to be used (for example, project participants) and those who shall lead this type of work (facilitators).
