The purpose and scope of the procedure is to consolidate the entire insurance portfolio with preferably just one insurance broker and thereby improve administration, reporting, and achieve better coverage and financial conditions. The insurance broker is expected to have extensive knowledge and experience with international business and insurances. The contractor will be responsible for the entire insurance program for all countries and is expected to continue to ensure the best possible terms and financial conditions for the organization.

The proposal is requested to include handling of activities in both Denmark as well as international low-risk and high-risk countries where DCA operates. The proposal will further be assessed based on the more detailed and specific parameters provided in the tender documents.
