Vehicle Administration, Leasing and Procurement of Services/Equipment for the Operation of IVAR IKS' Vehicles

The procurement is for vehicle administration, consultancy services, leasing vehicles, a scheme for procuring fuel, tyres, profiling and possibly other products that the tenderer has a system for, and which can contribute to efficient operation of IVAR's vehicles. Tenderers must also offer a solution for garage services, hire cars, vehicle care, tyre hotel, follow-up of service/repairs and reports on IVAR's vehicles. The vehicle administrator must assist IVAR with advice and offers when there is a need for new vehicles. Tenders must include equipment details and prices, for both procurement and leasing. The vehicle administrator will have a key role in contributing with assessments, advice and showing sustainable and appropriate economically appropriate choice of vehicles. IVAR IKS would like a contract that covers the need for vehicle administrative services and the procurement of goods and services for IVAR's operation of its vehicles in the broadest possible way. The contracting authority's vehicles consist of 88 vehicles, 68 self-owned and 20 leased vehicles.
