The contracting authority hereby invites tender to participate in a competition for signing a framework agreement for electronic publication of scientific books and periodicals on the supplier's digital platform. The anticipated total value for 4 years excluding VAT 1 720 000 NOK. The contract involves purchase of services in 2 years. Thereafter, the contracting authority has the option to prolong the contract subject to the same conditions for 1 + 1 years, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.
