Development of a systematic approach for mapping of Sustainable Procurement (SP) with SDG targets and a final report of case studies
 
Objective
UNOPS and the Nordic Council of Ministers are looking to hire a consultant or consultancy firm to support the development of a systematic approach for mapping Sustainable Procurement to the Sustainable Development Goal Targets, and a report of real life case studies that validate and express those linkages.

This project, which will be funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers and supported in-kind by UNOPS experts in Sustainable Procurement, will help to elevate the importance of this topic with municipalities and governments around the world, and solidify the business case for sourcing sustainably. The final report that is developed will be given to the United Nations as a gift to support the global discussion on Sustainable Procurement as an endorsed and official mandate by member states.
