The procurement shall cover ROAF's requirements for temporary staff services. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into parallel Framework Agreements for the provision of temporary staff services. The aim of the contract is to ensure access to qualified manpower when ROAF's own employees are sick, on holiday, on a course, for seasonal fluctuations, etc., or when of other causes there is a time limited need for personnel.
