Framework contract for Services for the organisation of communication and information activities of EPLO Helsinki

Short description

The purpose of the contract is to provide support and technical assistance in the organisation of communication and information activities of the EPLOs addressed to stakeholders, media and general public that often have high political and strategic importance and require complex logistics. In general terms, the contractor will perform two major functions: 1) strategic advice, consultancy and support services in the field of communication and information; and 2) management of associated tasks, through contracting and coordination of third party providers, notably in relation to the organisation of events.
