Aalto University School of Science, Department of Applied physics is currently conducting experimental research on nonlinear light–matter interactions, nano-optics and plasmonics. We seek an imaging spectrometer system that consist of an aberration corrected spectrograph and a camera detector with high sensitivity covering the entire visible spectrum and extending to near-infrared beyond 1 µm in wavelength. Importantly, we need both large wavelength range together with high wavelength resolution. In addition, a large number of pixels in y-direction (CCD height) is required as this information is used to resolve either angle or location specific luminescence from the samples studied.
