The Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ) wants dialogue with tenderers of KGV and KAV and invites these tenderers to one to one meetings 3.4.2017.
New procurement legislation and regulations on public procurement were undertaken from 1.1.2017. On this basis, requirements are introduced for the use of electronic communication in the execution of public procurements, cf. the public procurement regulation § 22-1. The requirements for electronic communication will apply to all procurements over the national threshold values and the EEA threshold values in the new procurement regulation. The provisions in the new procurement regulation come into force 1.1.2018 for government authorities. DFØ shall procure KGV/KAV themselves, and offer this to DFØs customers.
There will be a requirement in the tender documentation that KGV must be able to be integrated in KAV.
On this basis, DFØ wants to invite potential tenderers to one to one meetings before we prepare the tender documentation.
