The purpose of the procurement is to enter into 3 framework agreements prioritized to meet the municipalities requirements for external assistance for consulting and engineering services concerning their projects for the next 4 period. The municipalities shall enter into a joint framework agreement with service providers of area planning and planning processes. The distribution of the assignments for the next 4 years between the 3 framework agreements is approx. 50 %, 30 % and 20 %.
