Kristiansand municipality needs to procure a joint ICT tool to support work on quality assurance, notifying events and internal control (hereafter called Quality System). This tool shall be process based and provided as a cloud service (SaaS). The quality system that is procured shall support the necessary processes on different levels and it must be sufficiently robust to tackle Kristiansand municipality's organisation with approx. 7 000 employees (excluding those who have a short-term contract).
