Hanke eesmärk on leida betoonisegu tarnija Tallinn-Tapa ( km 118,819 Lagedi jaam) ja Tapa-Tartu raudteeliinil (km 391,669; km 392,245) ning Tartu-Valga raudteeliinil (km 430,941, km 463,956, km 463,249, km 495,299) sildade metalltruubiks ümberehituse tööde läbiviimiseks. Lisaks pikendusplokkide valmistamiseks sildadele km 36,447, km 65,581, km 503,067, km 24,958, km 64,202,km 466,791, km 438,704, km 40,208.

Betooni orienteeruv kogus 115 m3.
