Accommodation with municipal allocation right
Tromsø municipality owns and uses approx. 1100 rented houses accommodation. The accommodation is rented to persons who need assistance with obtaining their own house.
Tromsø municipality is now looking for rented accommodation with municipal allocation right: Two room flats (30-50 m2), up to ten flats.
Three room flats (50-75 m2), up to five flats.
We would like to enter into an allocation contract with one or several housing developers/accommodation owners. This type of contract can release a basic loan from the Housing Bank of Norway.
Tenders are to be sent to Tromsø municipality by Friday 14.8.2015, 14.00.
