Harstad kommune would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement, repair, changing, assembly of vehicle tyres on passenger cars and lorries, tyre hotel and any other accompanying equipment and services.
The contracting authority will enter into two framework agreements. One contract for the delivery of tyres etc. for passenger cars and the goods vans segment, and one contract for the delivery of tyres etc. for the lorry segment. The same supplier may be awarded both contracts.
