NRK invites you to participate in a technical market dialogue. We wish to gain information about the current market situation regarding newsroom computer systems.
At present, the workflow for news production is changing rapidly. Our current system covers radio and TV. We also wish to explore workflows including web and mobile platforms.
NRKs newsroom computer system is today used for searching, editing, organizing, newsgathering, editorial planning, broadcasting and archiving.
News production as well as news consumption is changing rapidly. Our journalists will soon almost exclusively be using handheld devices for reporting, and our audience will use handheld devices to access our output. In addition to the established NRK publishing channels, we also interact with our audience via Facebook, Twitter and other social media.
