Short description
The research group at IGP, Uppsala University, seeks to establish an advanced spatial multiomics platform to support ongoing projects in spatial biology and cancer immunology. The system will enable multiplexed, high-resolution protein detection and RNA within tissue architecture, facilitating quantitative mapping of cell phenotypes and interactions. The tender covers supply, installation, training, and maintenance of an automated platform, capable of detecting >40 markers markers in FFPE and fresh-frozen tissues. This acquisition will directly strengthen the group’s capacity for high-dimensional tissue analysis and interdisciplinary research in tumor microenvironment profiling.
