Quantitavite research in Baltics for Luminor ( 0033)

Short description

Dear vendors,

Luminor is sourcing customer research services for two types of needs:

• Regular standard research to be conducted twice per year, surveying 1000 + people in each country with the aim of understanding brand recognition, satisfaction, and other topics relevant for business growth.
•  One-off research projects on topics/ business challenges where we need deeper understanding of customer needs and perceptions. All research projects will be need based, there will not be any regularity. The exact scope, methodology and goal of the research project will be defined with the provider case by case.

Submission of proposals is expected till  EOD April 4, 2025, the selected shorlist candidates will be invited to present  proposals between April 8- 11, 2025.
