The aim of this purchase is to acquire an ion chromatography system to be used in high-performance anion-exchange chromatography (HPAEC) analysis (separation and quantification) of carbohydrates by using pulsed amperometric detection. The system must also be compatible with conductivity detection for analysis of other ionized molecules (other than carbohydrates).
