The contracting authorities, namely the Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC OFFICE) and the European Commission Representation in Latvia wish to offer language-learning opportunities for its staff in order to support staff members in their professional and individual development and integration necessary to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
