Tromsø municipality is looking into the possibility of a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of food to the municipality's smaller units.
It must be possible to order the food products in normal household packaging (break-bulk) and deliver them to small units in Tromsø municipality. Small units include schools, nurseries, wrap-around care centres and other units with a need for deliveries on a smaller scale.
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a nationwide framework agreement with one supplier who shall meet the client's need for internet-based grocery trading. The agreement will cover Tromsø municipality's need for ordering and purchasing groceries, picking, packing and delivery of groceries to smaller units within the municipality. Smaller units are primarily schools, nurseries, smaller canteens, wrap-around care centres and other units that need goods in consumer packaging.
