Technical description of the subject of the supply	The new pumps are connected to the current pipelines. The supply of the pumps includes the supply of the following elements of the pump units Thermosiphon of the face seal (tank, tank piping, visual cooling water flow-measuring instrument, pressure sensitive element of the sealing liquid, level gage of the sealing liquid, temperature sensor of the sealing liquid, section isolation valves of the tank. Level, pressure and temperature sensors must be able to be connected with the subsequent signal output to the pump control panel). Pump electric motor. Pump frame Vibration sensor of the bearing joint of the pumps with a mating encoder cable (L=5м). The quotation should be completed according to the table   (Appendix 2), the delivery time should be specified. The following documentation should be attached to the delivery of the pumps: 1. The pumps operating manual (English/Russian). 2. The pumps maintenance schedule (English/Russian). 3. The record of testing of the hydraulic pumps reading. 4. The table of minimum flow depending on the pumps speed (Appendix 3). 5. The drawings of the pumps, the drawings of the face seal (with feeding of the sealing liquid into the gland pocket) with numbering and names of the parts. 6. Part List for ordering of the pumps spare parts. 7. Part List for ordering of the face seals spare parts. 8. The operating manual for monitoring of the pumps protection systems (control systems: level, pressure, vibration, temperature sensors). 9.  ATEX certificate. 10. A plate (mat. AISI 304) with the main characteristics of the pumps must be mounted on the pumps.

Deadline for submission of offers	30.03.2023
Terms and conditions of tenderer’s credentials	The offeror must have at least 3 (three) years of experience in similar work.
Criteria for the assessment of offers	The purchase will be made from a company that provides an offer for the supply of the pump in accordance with the technical conditions and the most economically profitable offer.

The Customer reserves the right to change the volume of work or to reject
all proposals in case there appear changes in the Customer´s volume of work
or the quotation price exceeds the fiscal capacity of the Customer.

Hankeobjekti tehniline kirjeldus	Новые насосы подсоединяются к существующим трубопроводам. В поставку насосов включить поставку следующих элементов насосных агрегатов: Термосифон торцевого уплотнения (бачок, трубопроводы обвязки бачка, визуальный расходомер охлаждающей воды бачка, датчик давления затворной жидкости, датчик уровня затворной жидкости, датчик температуры затворной жидкости, запорная арматура бачка. Датчики уровня, давления и температуры должны иметь возможность подключения с последующим выводом сигналов на пульт управления насосами). Электродвигатель насоса Рама насоса. Датчик вибрации подшипникового узла насосов с ответным кабелем для подключения датчика (L=5м). Ценовое предложение оформить, согласно таблицы (приложение 2), а также указать сроки поставки. К поставке насосов необходимо приложить следующую документацию: 1. Инструкция по эксплуатации   насосов. (английский/русский языки). 2. Регламент обслуживания насосов.  (английский/русский языки). 3. Акт теста гидравлических показаний насосов. 4.Таблица минимальных расходов от частоты вращения насосов (приложение 3). 5. Чертежи насосов, чертежи торцевых уплотнений (с подачей затворной жидкости в камеру уплотнений) с нумерацией и наименованием деталей. 6. Part List для заказа запасных частей насосов. 7. Part List для заказа запасных частей торцевых уплотнений. 8. Инструкция по эксплуатации контроля систем защиты насоса. (системы контроля: датчики уровня, давления, вибрации, температуры). 9. Сертификат ATEX. 6. На насосах необходимо смонтировать табличку (мат. AISI 304) c основными характеристиками насосов.
Lisatud dokumendid	Приложение 1 – технические требования к насосам и характеристики перекачиваемых продуктов. Приложение 2 – таблица предоставления ценового предложения. Приложение 3 -  таблица минимальных расходов. Приложение 4 – схема работы (обвязки) существующих насосов.
Pakkumiste esitamise tähtaeg	30.03.2023
Hanke kvalifitseerimistingimused	Оферент должен иметь опыт аналогичных работ не менее 3 (трех) последних лет.
Hanke hindamiskriteeriumid	Закупка будет производится от фирмы, предоставляющей предложение на поставку насоса в соответствии с техническими условиями и экономически наиболее выгодным предложением.

Цены просим представить без учета НСО.
 
Заказчик оставляет за собой право организовать между двумя наилучшими участниками дополнительный тендер для получения предложения с наиболее минимальной стоимостью. 
Заказчик оставляет за собой право изменить объем работ или отклонить все предложения, в случае, если у Заказчика появляются изменения в объемах работ или предложения превышают бюджет Заказчика.
