Tromsø Municipality would like enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of construction manager services related to the municipality's building and plant projects. The construction manager will represent Tromsø Municipality at the building and plant sites and safeguard the interests of the municipality in these projects. It may also be applicable to engage the construction manager in the planning phase of the projects. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 3 tenderers.
