Hire of lorries (with drivers) for transporting snow and gravel. Concerns times when Tromsø Municipality does not have sufficient capacity with its own material.
The maximum total procurement over four years is: NOK 25 million.
The volume is a guideline, only, and does not obligate the contracting authority.
