Short description

Procurement of a white beam X-ray microscope, triple objective head configuration, for the tomography setup at the ForMAX beamline, each head consisting of (principally): (i) scintillator screen; (ii) objective lens; and (iii) white beam mirror. Scope Procurement of an X-ray microscope for the ForMAX beamline at the MAX IV laboratory. The microscope module, enabling image acquisition for the X-ray microtomography technique, is based around a white beam, triple objective head configuration, with each head consisting of scintillator screen, objective lens and white beam mirror.
