**Please get acquainted with DC Safety & Security Regulations (attached).
When submitting your offer, please make sure you attach signed and scanned "Conditions for quotation" document as attachment. This is a must for choosing your offer to next step of evaluation.
Process will be completed in 4 stages:
Stage 1: Offer submission and Questions & answers. Ends on September 10
Stage 2: Offer evaluation, shortlist of potential suppliers (3-5 per service lane). Ends on September 14
Stage 3: Questions & answers regarding offers, negotiations. Ends on September 24
Stage 4: Results, invitations for cooperation. Deadline September 27
