The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's requirement for groundwork related to operations projects and minor investment projects. This will mainly consist of the following types of projects:
• acute events in water and sewage installations
• planned operations projects in the water and sewage installations
• minor investments and upgrades to the pipeline network for water and sewage.
