Rakkestad Kommune [Rakkestad Municipality] announces a tender competition for the procurement of engineering design group services for Skautun rehab-og Omsorgssenter [rehabilitation and care centre] (nursing home).
The new building is planned to have 65 nursing home places. A possible future expansion must be facilitated.
