Expert Assistance on Communication, Awareness Raising and User Support for the Implementation of the CLMS and the Copernicus Crosscutting In Situ Data Coordination

Short description

The focus of this call for tenders is on communication, awareness raising, and user uptake activities in support of the EEA’s implementation of the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (CLMS) and the EEA’s crosscutting coordination of the Copernicus In Situ Component. The Agency aims at procuring mostly intra-mural (at the EEA premises) and to a limited extent extra-mural (at the contractor's premises or elsewhere) consultancy services. The contractor shall deliver consultancy and services within the main areas of tailored communication, awareness raising, and user uptake with the purpose of improving the visibility, recognition, uptake, and impact of the EEA’s CLMS and in situ coordination services and products among key user communities. The intra-mural experts are requested to cooperate on a daily basis with the EEA Copernicus and Communications teams.
