Drupal Platform Service Framework Agreement

Short description

Aalto University has finalised the first project phase of building a university-wide communications and collaboration platform. The renewed aalto.fi is the main outcome of the first phase and the key information platform for Aalto University. The renewed aalto.fi has been built on the Drupal CMS running on the Acquia cloud platform. To enable more extensive Drupal development network, Aalto University is currently looking to build up a partnership with and between companies specialised in development work on the Drupal CMS. As a result of this competitive bidding process Aalto University will set up a framework agreement with five partners. One partner will act as a core partner and four partners as Frame partners. Core partner is the main partner for developing the core of the platform and is also responsible of support and maintenance tasks. Frame partners will be involved in development projects and assignments. These will be ordered with separate assignment agreements according to the principles defined in the framework agreement template (Appendix 2 of the invitation to tender).
