Short description
Ruter is inviting one or more suppliers to cooperate with us in a large-scale pilot project. Through the pilot-project, Ruter aims to secure that the customers are offered a great service, while the needs of the city and region are ensured. Provided that the suppliers propose a sustainable, safe and in other ways solid concept, Ruter wishes to cooperate with suppliers wanting to introduce electrical scooter services in Oslo and Akershus.
Through the cooperation Ruter wants the supplier(s) to deliver a complete electrical scooter service, including software, hardware, platform, operation, maintenance and customer support (from now on referred to as “the service”). The service must be easy for the consumers to use, both when it comes to initiating use and when operating the scooters.
