Short description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration believes in structured interaction with the market in connection with the procurement processes. A dialogue conference with the market has been implemented. The objective of the conference was to receive better knowledge of the suppliers and available products, services and systems for achieving a better procurement process. Submitting the tender documents to a hearing is an additional measure for increasing the quality of the tender documentation and to create the best possible basis for the future tender contest.
