Short description
The Contracting Authority aims to use this competition to enter into most economically advantageous contract for the delivery of fuel and other car related products through a Framework Agreement.
The contract period will be 2 years from the contract date, with a unilateral option for a further 1 + 1 year. The contract is expected to be initiated in September 2018.
6 (six) months notice can be given on the contract in writing by both parties, either by the Contracting Authority's entities or collaboration partners, as well as by the tenderer.
