Harstad municipality would like tenders for a new short-swing excavator on wheels. We would also like tenderers to offer the same machine with a normal swing radius. It is a prerequisite that tenderers deliver the complete product and are, thus, liable for the full guarantee. All components must be constructed for secure operation.
