The Contracting Authority wants a Framework Agreement for the purchase of temporary staff services to the county municipality organisations. The delivery of temporary staff services in general shall cover the need due to:
— short and long term sick leave,
— holiday leave, leave of absences and other free periods,
— other time limited needs.
