Drammen kommune shall enter into a framework agreement for farm activities as an alternative learning arena for groups of children and youth, or for children and youth who need facilitated offers in their spare time.
A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The distance to the farm shall be a max. 30 minutes driving time from Drammen City Hall (measured with Google Maps). The limits are set because a long drive takes too much of the time that shall be used for activities at the farm.
