Forsvarets Forskningsinstitutt 970963340 Postboks 25 Kjeller 2027 Tom Michael Sørsveen Major +47 63807055 tom.major@ffi.no https://permalink.mercell.com/79798969.aspx http://www.ffi.no/ 015-2018 Assembly machine 015-2018 Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt (FFI) intends to procure a new MY300 assembly machine. FFI has negotiated a contract for the delivery of a MY300 with a value of SEK 1 775 000 excluding VAT. 1775000.00 Kjeller, Norway. Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt (FFI) intends to procure a new MY300 assembly machine. FFI intends to procure a new MY300 assembly machine. The machine shall replace the current machine and it must be able to communicate seamlessly with the existing software for the storage system and other production equipment. The current machine is a My9 from MyData (now Mycronic). The storage system consists of a component tower from MyData, which communicates with the assembly machine via Mycenter. The other production equipment that must be able to communicate with the assembly machine is a My500 pasta printer, also from MyData. The new assembly machine must be able to assemble components with sizes down to 0.2x0.4 mm (01005) and it shall have optical (4K) and electrical control of the components before they are assembled. We would like user interface that does not require a lot of training for the current users of My9. It is important that the production can start up quickly after the new machine is in place. In addition to the actual assembly machine, FFI shall have the accompanying 76 feeders and 7 magazines. By procuring an assembly machine from Mycronic, FFI will be able to reuse the feeders and magazines that they already have. FFI has surveyed the market and received an offer for a MY300 from Mycronic. Based on FFI's knowledge, the MY300 machine is the most appropriate machine for FFI's prototype production and the machine that will be the quickest to get into production. We do not want an interruption in production. By choosing Mycronic MY300, FFI can use a lot of the accessories and computer systems that FFI already has. The value of the reused equipment amounts to a considerable amount (more than NOK 500 000). The current machine will be taken in part-exchange and the new assembly machine can be serviced at the same time that the other machines that FFI has from the same manufacturer are serviced. The procurement will replace a component in a large system from the same supplier. 1 Pick-and-place machine 2018-01-24 Mycronic AB Täby 1775000.00 Klagenemnda for offentlige anskaffelser Bergen 2018-01-26
