The objective of the tender notice is to gather market information (RFI: Request for Information) related to a possible future NATO procurement.
With this RFI, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) wants to gather information and plan a possible modernisation of the Ship Shore Ship Buffer system (SSSB) in Norway. SSSB is an information system in NATO for Link11 communication via UHF and HF radio systems. The modernisation of SSSB shall include an option for a future upgrading from Link-11 to Link-22.
Tenderers established in a NATO member country are the only tenderers who are invited to submit tenders to a possible future tender contest. The possible tender contest will be based on the procurement regulations in NATO and if relevant, supplemented by the Norwegian public procurements.
