A contract shall be entered into with tenderers for residential and care services with 24 hour staffing for a person born between 2000 and 2010 with severe mental health challenges and considerable behavioural problems. The tender must offer qualified personnel. The person requires reliable professional personnel; confident adults who can handle acting out cases, older than 25 years and in a 2 to 1 staffing scheme, in safe surroundings. The person needs to live in a quiet sheltered environment in a separate room with a bathroom, few other residents and adjacent communal areas (kitchen/living room, etc.).
