The aim of the procurement is to enter into framework agreement for municipal loans on behalf of the participating municipalities. The agreement shall cover the participation municipalities‘ need for municipal loans. Parallel framework agreements will be entered into with a maximum of 5 suppliers. When the need for a loan arises, the individual municipality will hold a mini competition between the framework agreement service providers.
