Lēmuma pamatojums: cauruļvadu iegāde atsevišķa līguma ietvaros nav ekonomiski izdevīga, pēc konsultācijām ar projektētāju tika nolemts cauruļvadu piegādi iekļaut montāžas darbu izpildes apjomā, tādejādi samazinot kopējās projekta realizācijas izmaksas.
