Kosovo cadastral Agency is responsible for mapping, geodesy and real estate cadastre. The overall objective of the Geoportal development project is to establish a well-functioning and transparent system, accessible via Internet, for dissemination of geographical data which are administered by Kosovo Cadastral Agency, i.e. a GeoPortal in addition to an information management system for metadata.
The GeoPortal shall function as a point of access to geographical information on Internet. Through the GeoPortal, the user be will able to search and read data which is stored in the databases at KCA. The user can also order copies of the information. Data from other data providers may also be available via the GeoPortal.
