Short description
Thon Hotels is procuring a scalable Hotel TV and Guest Experience Platform for its hotel portfolio. The delivery includes hotel TV services, personal streaming access, digital room guide, Opera Cloud integration, content management, monitoring, support, implementation, migration and required equipment.
The initial rollout covers Thon-owned hotels in Norway and Sweden, with Belgium and the Netherlands included as options. The solution shall support both Smart Hospitality TVs and existing functioning TVs where technically and commercially appropriate.
The objective is to establish a secure, user-friendly, sustainable and commercially transparent solution that provides a consistent guest experience and supports future development and integrations.
