The purpose of this procurement is to establish a modern, user-friendly, and flexible ticketing system that provides the public with a seamless experience from purchase to entry, while at the same time streamlining internal work processes at Nationaltheatret. The system shall support all sales and distribution channels, be compatible with relevant platforms, and integrate with other systems (website, CRM, finance, and marketing). The solution shall ensure high availability, reliable data quality, and compliance with applicable requirements for universal design, data protection, and security.
